Biatrial tachycardia (BiAT) is a rare arrhythmia, and identification of the re-entry circuit often complicated. By creating an activation map right atrium, left coronary sinus as single chamber, LUMIPOINT module Rhythmia mapping system (Boston Scientific, Marlborough, MA, USA) can be used in real time to make accurate diagnosis. Ablation Bachmann bundle feasible way terminate BiAT, but might cause interatrial conduction delay electrical isolation atrial appendage. Chemical ablation into vein Marshall more beneficial treatment, avoiding any potential delay.
